AMSのOpen Math Notesというサイトには無料の英語の数学の教科書や講義資料がいろいろ公開されていて無料でダウンロードできます。

このサイトに数学の本を読むうえでまずおさえておきたい証明についての初学者向け解説があったので紹介します。数学での言葉づかいについての注意、定義とは何か、命題とは何かなどの基礎的事項から始まって証明に必要な論理や集合についてとてもわかりやすく解説してある講義ノート(去年の秋の講義ノート）です。これはおすすめの本です。英語ですがAI翻訳を使いながら読む値打ちがあると思います。
